Mag Drive Pumps MDE Series ANSI B73.3 are designed and manufactured to heavy-duty standards which meet high levels of corrosion resistance, durability, efficiency and safety for aggressive and hazardous chemical applications. That puts them on the leading edge in quality, performance, and safety.

Expanded range of liner materials - Adding to our standard ETFE material, the MDE Mag Drive Pumps are also available in PFA for higher temperature applications.

Higher levels of durability and safety - All fluororesin casing parts are reinforced by ductile cast iron for additional strength.

Containment shell cover eliminates eddy currents and prevents any sparks from occurring if the drive magnet ever contacts it. This high strength non-metallic cover also reinforces the containment shell, providing a second level of pressure containment.

The MDE Mag Drive Pumps not only meets, but exceeds the call for smart, sealless pumps. Proven monitoring options, selectable for specific applications, include containment shell leak detection, internal bearing temperature indication, drive magnet bearing wear alarm and dry run monitoring.

Simple disassembly and maintenance - Back pull-out construction allows MDE internal parts to be checked or replaced without disturbing piping. Components such as bearings and thrust collars can easily be replaced on an individual basis.
