The FZ-20T
Non-Metallic Pneumatic Drive Bellows Pumps feature a PVDF housing,
PTFE bellows, fluoroplastic liquid end and fully encapsulated
structural components.
The pumped liquid does not contact metal anywhere, even in the
event of catastrophic failure. The risk of airborne and
process ionic contamination are greatly reduced. The rugged
fluororesin outer body resists chemical attack and corrosion.
Welded
Bellows offers a totally sealed wet
end for thermal cycling operation.
No O-Rings
or Gaskets to Replace: Our
Pneumatic Drive Bellows Pumps don't require rebuilding.
In fact, no scheduled maintenance!
Integral PFA Tube Connections
mean there are no crevices or seams where particles can accumulate.
A wide variety or ports can be easily attached.
Optional External Control
monitors discharge rate, stroke count, pump condition and speed
