The
FW-20/40H Series pneumatic drive bellows pumps feature high pressure,
high temperature and high flow capabilities. An enhanced
bellows design allows higher system pressure and longer chemical
layouts. Heavy-duty quality design ensures long life without
downtime with the FW-20/40H Series pnuematic drive bellows pumps!
Designed for continuous duty
and require no scheduled maintenance. Without costly preventive
maintenance, the FW pumps will easily run 4-6 times longer than
typical diaphragm pumps.
Integrated leak detection
and utilize intelligent sensing to optimize
the flow, pressure and stroke speed of the pump. This provides
accurate and measurable chemical delivery as well as extending
the life of the pump.
Integral PFA tubes allow
for a variety of connections without crevices
or threads for particle accumulation and paths of leakage.
Unique sealing design
renders the FW series pumps field repairable while allowing for
thermal expansion of the materials. No special tools are
required for repair.
