Bellows Pumps 

The FF series Low Temperature Pneumatic Bellows Pumps are an economical solution for low to medium temperature liquid applications (5 to 100°C).  PTFE bellows and liquid end share the same proven design and manufacture as the rest of the F series family, ensuing high purity and long service life. 

FF-10/20BT2 has a fluoroplastic encapsulated housing that allows the pump to handle fluids up to 100°C.  FF-10/20CT2 pumps have a PVC housing coated with fluoroplastic and are suitable for liquids up to 50°C.

Integral PFA tube connections mean there are no crevices or seams where particles can accumulate.  A wide variety of fittings can be easily attached.

Intelligent sensing is a standard FF series feature: pressure, stroke and speed are optimized, maintaining accurate chemical delivery and extending pump life.

Leak detection ensures immediate response to hazards.

FF Series

The FA Series Bellows Pumps address low flow and high flow requirements at low to medium temperatures (5 to 100°C).  The FA-2E is for precise, chemical delivery for flow rates up to 0.5 gpm (2 L/min). 

The FA-40 Series Bellows Pumps are excellent for high volume flow, such as large wafer processing, delivering up to 11.6 gpm (50 L/min).  The FA-40 is constructed vertically to optimize precious cabinet space.

All liquid ends are constructed of fluoropolymers for purity and corrosion resistance.

PTFE bellows are rugged and proven to withstand long term continuous operation and high pressure resistance better than diaphragm pumps.

Leak detection and drive sensing enhance the reliability and safety of these pneumatic pumps.
