Metallic Diaphragm Pumps

Introducing a new line of Metallic Diaphragm Pumps in the All-Flo product line of air driven, Double Diaphragm Pumps. These rugged pumps are available in 1", 1-1/2" and 2" sizes.

All pumps feature All-Flo's lube-free, non-stalling, non-metallic air valve construction which has become a benchmark in the industry. This patented air valve design is available at no extra charge. Other features include asuction lift up to 15'(3 meters) and the ability to move 1/4"(6,4mm) diameter solids. Simplified design, ease of maintenance and high air efficiency are also features that make this pump one of the most reliable in the market.

Materials of construction include stainless steel or aluminum with elastomers of Teflon, Geolast and Santoprene. Leaks, corrosive atmosphere and diaphragm ruptures will not damage the components of the airsystem since they are of non-metallic construction. The 1-1/2"and 2" non-metallic and metallic pumps all share the same elastomers and air system thus simplifying inventory requirements.
