Serfilco Filtration Systems SPACE-SAVER, LABMASTER Compact design for large and small process tanks Flow rates to 6,600 U.S. GPH (20,815 I/h @ 50 Hz) These filtration systems are compact, simple to operate, and their corrosion resistance permits use with most liquids, including harsh chemicals at elevated temperatures. Flow rates range from 6,600 GPH for the SUPER SPACE-SAVER filtration systems to 4,200 GPH for the SPACE-SAVER filtration systems and 345 GPH for the LABMASTER filtration systems. LABMASTER filtration systems are particularly suited for small tank production in the electronics industry, in precious metal plating and in laboratory and pilot plant runs. Depending upon the model selected, filtration systems are available with magnetic-coupled pumps of polypropylene, CPVC or PVDF which provide protection from vapor and liquid leaks; with mechanical seal pumps of CPVC, PVDF or glass-reinforced polypropylene when excessive abrasives or ferrous metal particulate are present, and also with self-priming Noryl(r) pumps. Filter chambers are available in a choice of polypropylene, PVC, CPVC or PVDF, again depending upon the model selected. Each filtration system is designed to accept depth wound, pleated, cleanable sleeve, carbon or optional 222 SOE cartridges. Some filtration systems can also be ordered for use with cleanable bags. Most chambers allow for simultaneous filtration and purification by using carbon cartridges. Filtration Systems can also be combined with a purifier to achieve both solids removal and adsorption of organic impurities in a most convenient, functional manner.
