Cartridge Filtration Systems
Rugged
construction and cartridge cage assembly design for simplified
maintenance
Flow rates to 22,500 U.S. GPH (70,965 I/h @ 50 Hz)
Sentry
Cartridge Filtration Systems are ruggedly constructed and engineered
to deliver economical performance and fine filtration for large
tanks.
They include pump, motor and filter chamber sized to provide the
hourly rate of tank turnover necessary to achieve the level of
solution clarity desired. They will often run without cartridge
replacement for periods of six to eight weeks or longer.
Replacement of the used media is simple, with no solution loss.
Unlike filtration systems which employ vertically positioned filter
media for use with carbon and/or filter aid, Sentry Cartridge
Filtration Systems can be shut down and later restarted without
having these materials separate from the filter media and fall
to the bottom of the chamber where they are totally ineffective
when the system is restarted.
Sentry Cartridge Filtration Systems are corrosion resistant units
providing high flow rates to 22,500 U.S. GPH. They are available
in a choice of construction materials for use with most liquids,
including harsh chemicals at elevated temperatures.
Sentry Cartridge Filtration Systems can be selected with polypropylene
magnetic-coupled pumps or with CPVC single or double-seal pumps
for use when excessive abrasives or ferrous metal particulate
are present. Self-priming polypropylene pumps are also available.
Filter chambers are unlined steel for alkaline solutions and lined
for acid solutions. Stationary and portable systems are available.
