Liquid Filter Systems - Four-Plex Bag Housings

Model S-424-V Valved Fourplex System ASME U Stamp

Model S-424-V in T-316 Stainless Steel is a valved, four-plex filtration system rated for 150 or 300psi (450 F). Each vessel uses a #2 size filter bag (7" dia. x 32" long). Individually valved modules may operate independently, providing continuous service during bag filter changes. Concurrent operation of all four housings allows four filter bags to be used simultaneously. Four valved vessels can be used in any combination (e.g. Two On and Two Off). Liquid flow is from the inside of the filter bag to the outside. The support basket and filter bag are securely locked into a recess at the top of the overflow rim, providing a 360 degree positive compression seal. Since the filter bag is locked in at the top of the vessel, all of the dirt is trapped inside the bag. The filter vessel never requires cleaning after use.
